Wuvra Warranty Policy

Last updated: 2025/11/15

At Wuvra, we stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our custom-made dog braces. Each brace is individually built by hand, using high-quality materials and strict quality-control standards. Your dog's comfort and mobility are our top priority.

This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how to make a warranty claim.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Wuvra braces include a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Structural defects in the frame
  • Stitching or seam failures
  • Hardware failure (buckles, straps, or fasteners breaking under normal use)
  • Premature material failure not caused by external damage

If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected part(s) at no cost.

2. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover the following:

2.5 Adjustments

Your brace includes adjustable tubing that you can modify at home following our training video. We do not provide free replacement tubing as part of this warranty.

  • We will assess the situation
  • You may be asked to provide photos or videos
  • We may request re-measurement
  • We may recommend adjustments you can make at home
