2. Custom-Made Products
All Wuvra braces are handmade and custom-built based on the measurements and information you provide.
Because each brace is individually crafted for your dog, custom-made items are exempt from change-of-mind returns under UK and EU consumer law.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is accepted once:
- Payment is successfully processed, and
- Your brace enters production.
We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of incomplete information, measurement concerns, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
4. Production and Shipping
Production Time
All custom braces require 7 working days to manufacture.
Delivery Times
- UK and EU: 3 to 5 days
- USA and other countries: 3 to 5 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
Customs and Duties
- We cover all customs and duties for all orders.
- You will never be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
- If a courier incorrectly requests customs payment, contact us and we will resolve or reimburse it.

All prices shown on the website are final unless otherwise stated. No hidden fees will be added at delivery.
6. Returns, Remakes and Refunds
6.1 No Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our braces are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size chosen due to incorrect measurements
- Dog behavioural issues (e.g., chewing)
6.2 Fit Guarantee
We offer a fit guarantee only when you follow our official measuring instructions exactly.
If measurements were not taken according to our guide, the guarantee does not apply.
6.3 Remakes
Remakes are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We may request:
- Photos or videos of the dog wearing the brace
- Confirmation of measurements
- Additional information to assess the fit
A remake may or may not require the original brace to be returned. This is also decided case by case.
6.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue
- We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the assessment.
7. Warranty
All Wuvra braces come with a 6-month warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Stitching issues
- Hardware faults (buckles, straps, structural failure not caused by misuse)
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by chewing
- General wear and tear
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Alterations done by third parties
Repairs or replacements under warranty may require photos, videos, or a return of the product for inspection.
8. Measurement Disclaimer
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for providing accurate measurements
- Incorrect measurements are not covered by warranty
- Remakes due to incorrect measurements are not free unless approved under our case-by-case fit assessment
- Your brace includes adjustable tubing that you can modify yourself following our training video. We do not supply free replacement tubing as part of the fit guarantee.
9. Product Use and Veterinary Disclaimer
Wuvra braces are support devices designed to assist mobility. They are not medical devices and should not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
For best safety and results:
- Consult your veterinarian before using any orthotic support
- Monitor your dog regularly for signs of discomfort
- Do not allow your dog to chew or damage the brace
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Wuvra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Wuvra is not responsible for injuries or complications arising from improper measurement, incorrect use, or lack of supervision
- Our total liability will not exceed the value of the order
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, images, branding, and product designs on this website belong to Wuvra and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
12. Personal Data and Privacy
We collect and process personal information solely to:
- Fulfil your order
- Provide customer support
- Deliver shipping updates
Your data may be securely shared with our manufacturing and logistics partners for order fulfillment.
